I have practiced law in Utah since September, 1977. I am the Past President of: the Utah Association for Justice; the Central Utah Bar Association; and American Inns of Court I. I have been named as a Top 100 Litigator, also Top Lawyer Named by Their Peers and Utah Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine. I have been named a Super Lawyer by Mountain States Super Lawyers. I have been the Utah Representative on the Advisory Board to the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. I am a Utah State Bar Commissioner. I love the practice of law. Most importantly, my wife (Nancy) have four great children and 13 wonderful grandchildren.
